T-Mobile Hotspots for Grades 6-12 Students
Our grades 6-12 students already have access to a hotspot and a Chromebook to access their instruction from their teachers. If your student does not have their chromebook or hotspot and it hasn't been reported yet, please fill out this form. You may also call 336-870-0870 to determine if you can pick up a loaner device and/or hotspot.


Spectrum to offer free broadband and wifi for students without it
The company says free broadband and Wi-Fi access will be available for 60 days to households with K-12 and/or college students who do not already have a Spectrum broadband subscription at any service level up to 100 Mbps.
To enroll in the service you can call 1-844-488-8395, the company says it will waive installation fees for student households.


How to Get Tech Help for Grades 6-12 Students/Parents:
1. Phone hotline 336-870-0870 will be available between the hours of 8:00-4:00 Monday-Friday. 
2. Make an appointment:
Go on the school website and fill out the website student ticket form to bring the device to THS to have the issue diagnosed or call your school office and they can make an appointment for you. Regardless of which school the student is from, all student device issues will be sent to THS where a technician is on-site.
