District School Social Work

Who is your school social worker?

Hi! My name is Heather Sheffield. I am married, have a beautiful little girl named Lucy and have four “fur children”. I teach dance every afternoon at a local dance studio.  I graduated from UNCG with my bachelor’s degree in social work and obtained my school social work license through NC State. I have been working in the public school system since 2013. I began working for Thomasville City Schools in 2018. I love my job, and being able to assist my students and their families is my passion! I am proud to be a part of TCS Bulldog Nation.

Please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have!
