Community Process for Reserving one of the Facilities of Thomasville City Schools
1. Review the Application Contract Form for terms of use, rental fees and expectations.
2. Review the Facilities Use Calendar for Availability below
3. Complete the Online Application Request.
4. Receive confirmation from Finch Auditorium Manager/Principal/ Director of Operations
5. Make deposit with TCS Finance Department located at 400 Turner St.
6. Final payment due 3 business days prior to event with TCS Finance Department located at 400 Turner St.
7. Host event
