• 2. Review the Facilities Use Calendar for Availability below

• 3. Complete the Online Application Request

• 4. Receive confirmation from Facilities Supervisor/Principal/Executive Director of Operations

• 5. Make deposit with TCS Finance Department located at 400 Turner St.

• 6. Host event

• 7. Final payment due within 3 business days of event with TCS Finance Department located at 400 Turner St.
