Message from TCS Board of Education Chair, Dr. Renee’ Dow

On behalf of the Board of Education of Thomasville City Schools, I extend a heartfelt gratitude to our students, families, staff, and community partners. Together, we are building a school district grounded in accountability, integrity, and excellence. We envision a school system where every Thomasville student graduates confident, capable, and prepared to succeed whether pursuing college, entering the workforce, or serving in the military. Our students will lead with purpose, succeed with integrity, and contribute meaningfully to a dynamic global society. To bring this vision to life, the TCS Board established five clear goals for 2025, and will continually improve upon these goals as we move into the 2026-2027 school year. These goals reflect our unwavering dedication to excellence and our belief that every child deserves the absolute best. Thank you for your continued trust and partnership. Together we will lead Thomasville.

With respect and commitment,
Dr. Renee’ Dow
Chair, Thomasville School Board
