Starting Feb. 1, the district will offer students a meal after school each day. The dinner program is funded by the federal government and students enrolled in the district can get a dinner served each day after school, from 3:30 to 5 p.m., at one of the district's four schools. Students can also get meals at the James Avenue and Church Homes Housing Authority sites.
Bulldog Nation is pleased to announce the Thomasville City Schools Board of Education selected our new Superintendent this evening. Dr. Patrice Faison will join our school family on March 1, 2017. Attached is a news release detailing Dr. Faison’s experiences as a successful educator, which includes the honor of serving as the 2012 North Carolina Principal of the Year. We are extremely fortunate to have such an exemplary educator such as Dr. Faison to lead TCS to even greater heights.
