My name is Gisell Munoz, I am the Health and Wellness Coordinator! I am from Asheboro, NC, and I recently graduated from UNC Charlotte with a degree in Exercise Science and a minor in Womens and Gender Studies. I am passionate about wellness and learning how to develop healthy habits, being physical, emotional, or mental. Additionally, I am a group fitness instructor with certifications in Zumba, Schwinn Cycle, and Balletone. I am very happy to be at TCS!

Soy de Asheboro, NC, y recientemente me gradué de UNC Charlotte con un título en Ciencias del Ejercicio y una especialización en Estudios de Género y Mujeres. Me apasiona el bienestar y aprender a desarrollar hábitos saludables, sean físicos, emocionales o mentales. Además, soy instructora de acondicionamiento físico grupal con certificaciones en Zumba, Schwinn Cycle y Balletone. ¡Estoy muy feliz de estar en TCS!
